'Egg snacks are super fun, easy and healthy! Which team are you on - The Tikka lovers or The Chaat Eaters?!  0:00 Intro  0:00 Egg Tikka 1:17 Egg Chaat  EGG TIKKA  Ingredients:  8 eggs, hard boiled 3 tbsps hung yogurt 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp red chilli paste 1 tbsp garam masala powder 2 tbsps dried fenugreek leaves powder (kasuri methi) Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp mustard oil 1½ tbsps roasted gram flour Melted butter for basting Green chutney to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon wedge to serve Mint leaves for garnish  Method:  1. Preheat the oven at 200˚ C. Grease a baking tray with melted butter. 2. In a bowl, add hung yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves powder, salt, lemon juice, mustard oil, and gram flour. Mix well. 3. Prick boiled eggs with a fork and add to the prepared mixture. Gently mix and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. 4. Cut the marinated eggs into halves and place them on the baking tray. Apply the remaining prepared mixture on the eggs. 5. Brush butter on top and bake for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle more butter on top and transfer on a serving plate. 6. Garnish with mint and serve along with green chutney, onion rings and lemon wedge.  EGG CHAAT  Ingredients:  4 hard-boiled eggs ½ tbsp oil ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1½ tsps cumin powder + sprinkling 1 green chilli, finely chopped Salt to taste Green chutney as required 3-4 tbsps finely chopped onion 3-4 tbsps finely chopped tomato 3-4 tbsps grated processed cheese Sev as required Pomegranate pearls as required Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish  Method:  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, green chillies and mix well. 2. Cut the eggs in half and add it to the prepared mixture.  Add salt and mix well. Flip and cook from both sides for 1-2 minutes. 3. Place the prepared eggs on a serving plate, on individual egg halves, add green chutney, onion, tomato, cheese, cumin powder, sev, pomegranate pearls and chopped coriander.  4. Serve immediately.
